Inaugural Law and Policy Research Workshop

The DeCenter’s Inaugural Law and Policy Research Workshop will bring together legal scholars, policymakers, and industry leaders, to examine key issues such as the balance between privacy and disclosure in decentralized systems, the evolving landscape of digital asset regulation, the social utility of blockchain, and the legal and economic considerations surrounding stablecoins. Through interdisciplinary discussions, participants will gain deeper insights into the challenges and opportunities at the intersection of blockchain and law.
